The Public Housing Program is designed to provide safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. One such program is the Housing Choice Voucher Program Section 8, click here to find out more on this program The renter/tenant will pay about 30% to 40% of their monthly income towards their rent. Section 8 program will pay for (subsidize) the rest.
